After a series of failed attempts by various teams, we where approached by Justin Hemmes of Merivale and his key architects and designers Akin and Amanda Talbot to create the identity that this spectacular venue deserved.
The concept for the venue was to be like a festival where you can wander around, trying all sorts of food from different specialty vendors. A long languid and fun day that stretches into the evening. Each area needed its own distinct identity, yet still had to work cohesively under the overarching The Newport branding. So we created The Newport branding from the ground up, and all the different components and design elements to sit under this larger brand umbrella.
